Working with you has been an absolutely fantastic experience. You are by far the most intuitive trainer I've ever worked with - you seem to know just what my body is capable of at any given time. You push me hard - much harder than I would push myself - but I always know that you are doing so safely and with only my best interest in mind. And you pick great music and make working out really enjoyable...which I might occasionally forget to mention in the midst of all my grousing by the time we reach the 15th. Because of our bootcamp sessions, I have never felt healthier or more attractive. My fiance, family, and have friends have definitely noticed and I've gotten so many positive comments about how I look like I've lost so much weight. I can't wait to walk down the aisle confidently knowing that I really do look better than I ever have before - thanks to you! Danielle
I have been training with Venus for a year and prior to meeting her I had never belonged to an exercise program for more than a month. I stuck with it because even though she work hard, it's fun too! Venus keeps the routines interesting and takes a real interest in my goals and what i want to gain from the class. Under her guidance and instruction I have gained strength, feel great and lost more than 25lbs!
I was intimidated by a lot of the other equipment in the gym but Venus took the time to show me some of the equipment in the gym and show me how to use them. Her instruction has given me a lot of tools which give me an edge in my struggle with weight loss. Susan
I have very little experience with weight training. Being 44 years old and out of shape, I was very apprehensive but my fears were put to rest before the first class was even over! Venus took the time to help me with how to adjust and use the equipment. She also made sure that I was doing the exercises properly. She is upbeat and energetic. She challenges me to push myself while keeping my safety a priority at all times. While this might sound like a cliché, Venus makes exercising fun. I look forward to going to her every week. She has made a huge difference in my desire to become healthier and more physically fit. She is a wealth of information regarding physiology, nutrition and exercise as well as being a dynamite instructor I feel very fortunate to have found her! Maggie
