No matter if your goal is to lose a few pounds to just tone and tighten, i have a program tthat will help you reach your goals. I use a combination of cardio training, muscle conditioning, and flexibility training to help you get in shape fast!
Your program will began with a fitness assessment; the results of which will be used to develop a fitness program that will help insure you reach your goals. This informatuon will also serve as a benchmark to measure your progress through out the program.
There is no equipment to buy, I supply everything you need. No scheduling issues, because I work around your schedule. There are no gym memberships to buy, you only pay for the service you receive. No waiting to use equipment i train you in the comfort of your home, office or locak gym. You don't even have to deal with traffic because i come to you.
All programs are movement based, and address all the key component of fitness. Rest, set, load, rep, and progression are all selected based on your body type, and your current fitness level.
